Instructions for Initial Paper Submission<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit original papers (4 page pdf version following IEEE double-column template) to PEEIACON 2021 through our Online Paper Submission System. All submitted papers should contain original, unpublished results, experimental or theoretical.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A paper will appear in the proceedings if at least one of the authors of accepted paper registers before the registration deadline. Presenting the accepted paper is a prerequisite for appearing it in the IEEE Xplore. \u201cIEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Submitted papers should satisfy the criteria listed below and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
\u2022 Paper template: The paper submission template (IEEE double-column) can be found at:

\u2022 Paper length: Maximum 4 pages including all figures, tables, and references
\u2022 Allowable file size: 2 MB
\u2022 Paper submission: Submit your paper (pdf version only) through our online paper submission system.
\u2022 PDF file must be IEEE Xplore compliant

\u2022 Paper Size: US Letter or A4
\u2022 Fonts: Embed all fonts in your PDF file. Type 3 fonts are not allowed.
\u2022 File Format: Adobe PDF (.pdf)
\u2022 At this stage, the authors SHOULD NOT<\/strong> include their names, affiliations, postal addresses, and email addresses in the paper.

  1. Your paper should be submitted to Easy Chair<\/strong><\/a> (This will point to https:\/\/easychair.org\/<\/strong><\/a>) with your login ID.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. If you do not have a login ID, please, visit here<\/a> (This will point to https:\/\/easychair.org\/account\/signup<\/strong><\/a>) to create one.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. The website for paper submission is here<\/a> (This will point to a link to be provided letter)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. You can use the command \u201cUpdate file\u201d or \u201cAdd file\u201d to submit your paper. If you modify the paper title please make sure that you update the information on the Easychair system (\u201cUpdate authors\u201d) to avoid proceedings publication errors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
