Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit original papers (4-6 pages pdf version following IEEE double-column template) to PEEIACON 2026 through our Online Paper Submission System. All submitted papers should contain original, unpublished results, experimental or theoretical.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

A paper will appear in the proceedings if at least one of the authors of accepted paper registers before the registration deadline. Presenting the accepted paper is a prerequisite for appearing it in the IEEE Xplore.\u00a0\u201cIEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.\u201d<\/p>\n

Submitted papers should satisfy the criteria listed below and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
\u2022 Paper template: The paper submission template (IEEE double-column) can be found at:

\u2022 Paper length: 4-6 pages including all figures, tables, and references
\u2022 Allowable file size: 3 MB
\u2022 Paper submission: Submit your paper (pdf version only) through our online paper submission system.
\u2022 PDF file must be IEEE Xplore compliant

\u2022 Fonts: Embed all fonts in your PDF file. Type 3 fonts are not allowed.

  1. Your paper should be submitted to\u00a0Microsoft CMT<\/a>\u00a0(This will point to\u00a0https:\/\/cmt3.research.microsoft.com<\/a>\u00a0) with your login ID.<\/li>\n
  2. If you do not have a login ID, please, visit\u00a0Register<\/a>\u00a0(This will point to\u00a0https:\/\/cmt3.research.microsoft.com\/User\/Register?ReturnUrl=%2F<\/a>\u00a0) to create one.<\/li>\n
  3. The website for paper submission is\u00a0here<\/a>\u00a0(This will point to the submission link)<\/li>\n
  4. You should click on the \u201cCreate New Submission\u201d. Please fill up all the necessary information including Title, Abstract, Collaborators\/Co-authors, Subject Areas and the full paper in their respective field.<\/li>\n
  5. To add collaborators\/coauthors, please use \u201cEnter email to add new author\u201d field. We would recommend all co-authors open their respective CMT Accounts before submission<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
