*For IEEE IAS Members, an additional 10% reduction in registration will be provided in all relevant categories.

Registration fees will include

• • One registration covers one paper, though the same author may add one additional paper for a fee of 35 USD (4000 BDT), provided they understand this extra registration excludes conference kits and facilities. 

• • Entry to all the technical events of IEEE PEEIACON 2026.

• • The above rates are applicable up to the registration deadline only. 20% increased rate will be applicable after registration deadline.

• • Category is defined by the author’s affiliation mentioned in the paper.

• •  Page limit: 4-6 pages (including all figures, tables, and references. Under any circumstances cannot exceed the limit of 6 pages)

• • Only Full-Time Regular students with proof will be considered for student author category.

• • Only active IEEE membership valid until December 2026 will be considered for the IEEE author category.

• • The organizer will not be able to send the registration kit to the online paper presenting author.

Registration Procedures

A paper will appear in the proceedings:

• • If at least one of the authors of the finally accepted paper registers by paying appropriate fees before the registration deadline,

• • Submit online the IEEE e-copyright form,

• • Upload camera-ready version of the paper (as per the instructions), 

• • Fills up the Google form, and Presents the paper as per the schedule.
